worked from work... must be my home DSL connection

interesting blend of images and sounds. The constant bass note had me thinking of early Floyd. I do have to admit that after the 5 minute mark my attention started to wander

Though aside from my ADD, nice job!

When that happens, just gently return your focus to the breath....
and be kind to yourself! Laughing

I received my mantra in 1975 in San Francisco, our small group received a few words and blessing from the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi himself before being taken individually into a quiet room and given our mantra. I was a devoted meditator for almost a year before reverting to my old ways

now I'm more a tater...

BTW, Transcendental Medication is just supposed to be a witty play on words. I am very interested in Buddhism, but don't have the first clue or interest in the Maharishi, or TM.
I'm too poor to buy enlightenment.

It was relatively cheap back then... I think it was $35 plus I had to bring an un-burnt candle, a clean handkerchief and a piece of fruit (I think they ate the fruit... I didn't get it)

and very witty- described my path perfectly- I was transcendental... then I went back to being medicated LOL
