| I recently picked up a fretless bass- Peavey body and a "vintage Fender neck"...
as I only paid $220 with shipping I wasn't really expecting a "vintage Fender neck
it is a very nice neck, maple with ebony fretboard, but vintage it's not
being it's marked "Made in Canada" under the heel with N105ENFL on the end and a date of 16/10/96C (which I take to mean Oct 16, 1996)
anybody know who makes Fender knock-offs in Canada? and licensed Fender companies up there (like All Parts, etc)
more a curiosity than anything
I wish I could be traded like a penny in the arcade for a token to be played
on a cello strung with strings that are my dreams
