Lets say I produce a song using Sound Found downloads. What implications does that have for my song in the future? Are there any rules of thumb when it comes to using shared wave files?

Hey, I don't think any problem with that. If the SF2 is free, then it's free... if you sell the CD, the whole song is the subject, not "the sound sample that built them".
