I came up with an idea for an 'identity/project' back in 2011 (yes, it's taken this long for me to actually put gears in motion). JustANeek (Neek being Nerd, Geek). I wrote down a bunch of song ideas and fleshed them out and they have been sitting in my books for years.

As in the song/video? I brainstormed a number of titles back in 2013 and this was one of them. 2014 had one idea for the song.. it wasn't working. About a year ago I had another go and it again.. thought the repetition thing was a neat hook and ran with it.. song was written in a couple of days.
I WANT to make something of this project and with the realisation these days that music is a visual medium, I set out doing the video after working out the BPM of the music. Life got in the way and a year later, what's in the link is the final product.
I've got a couple of books filled with idea/verses etc.. I reckon I could finish writing 10 songs in the next couple of months.
What cemented the link between visual and music was when Weird Al, a couple of years ago, released a video for almost every song on his album the week it was released and then Brad Paisley's done that in the last few weeks, so they are almost bypassing singles and just making it a 'visual album'.

How about a video dialogue between two pieces of string? Then you can do relationship songs.

The style of animation I used I thought fitted the theme of this song.. nothing more. Original idea had a pencil drawing everything, but that was just too hard and would have obstructed the view..
Mind you.. the idea of a relationship between two lines might be interesting... can I please 'borrow' that idea?
