I plugged in my SL 161 and it doesn't work. Or atleast I am doing something wrong. I've had it for about 4 months and use it twice a month. Today, the power light comes on and i plug it into the front of my Delta 1010 but when i hit a key it no longer flashes the midi in light on the delta 1010. Anyone have this problem or did this cheap thing break alrady from just sitting there?

I have the same keyboard.

Have you tried everything obvious...like a different cable etc?

In the fatar manual somewhere are instructions for doing a restore to factory defaults. You might try that.

Ok I thought I remember you saying you own one of these. Mine didn't come with a manual since it was a B stock from zzounds. I smakced it a few times and now 5 keys work on the second lowest octave. Strange that two of them trigger more than one key press though. I will go look to see if I can find an online manual somewhere. Thanks though.

If I knew where my manual was I'd look it up for you....

The 151 is an ok keyboard...pretty delicate though.

it served its puprose... but if this is its funeral oration than for $30/month of functioning i could have bought something more reliable. Still looking for the manual online, i will post a link if i find it.
